Do you offer individual book purchases, or are they only available in bundles?

We offer both individual book purchases and bundle options. Please note that bundles are preset and cannot be exchanged for different titles.

Can I customize my own book bundle, or are there preset options available?

To streamline inventory management, we only offer preset options. Thank you for your understanding

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via PayPal and credit card in our online shop.

How long does it take for orders to be processed and mailed?

Orders typically take 3-7 working days to process and mail. If your order hasn't arrived after a week, please email events@mindstretcher.com with your order ID for assistance.

Do you offer international shipping?

Unfortunately, we only offer local shipping at this time.

Are there any discounts or promotions available for bulk purchases?

For single orders, check our Books Bundle for discounted rates. For bulk orders for schools (minimum 100 copies per title), please contact us at events@mindstretcher.com.

Can I return or exchange books if they don't meet my expectations?

All books sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. However, for defective copies (e.g., missing or misplaced pages), please send a photo or video to events@mindstretcher.com for investigation.

Are digital versions of the books available for purchase?

Our books are only sold in physical hardcopy. However, our Listening Comprehension e-books are available exclusively as e-versions on our online learning platform, e-Study Buddy.
